Internet Explorer is doomed.
I've been using Firefox for some time now, but I have just started to use some of the amazing extentions that are available. First of all if you don't have Firefox, you should get it, even Microsoft recommends it. A good extention to have for Firefox is The google toolbar. This adds the google toolbar for IE to firefox. Here's another one, if you don't like the way people make their sites look through CSS you can simply rewrite it using EditCSS. It allows you to open a side window showing the page's CSS and then edit as you please with the results shown in real time. Firefox automaticly blocks pop-ups but AdBlock blocks almost all ads. Just right-click and select adblock to block ads. If your life is a little unorganized, and you don't mind using a beta, then I suggest Sunbird a calender compatable with Mozilla, Thunderbird, and Firefox. I recommend getting version 1.7 (the latest).

One last thing about Firefox that I love is the themes. Using these themes you can make Firefox look any way you want. I recommend Noia 2.0 I love my wireless card, I'm writing this on a laptop while watching InuYasha. HAHA!
