Song and dance help me cope with the pain of my daily life.
Well they do, sometimes. That's really just what I told some girls at church who were asking why I was dancing and snapping and singing all night. The real reason was that I had consumed waaaaay too many chocolate chip cookies. Major sugar rush.

Wow, see that above? That was from six days ago. I feel bad for not finishing that post. Last weekend was just busy. I had been up for 40 hours when I finally ran out of steam on Friday night, after pulling an all nighter on my paper, school, and then watching Black Gestapo and playing DDR at Mike's and *then* going to the Suns game (they won, that's good). Ben never gets to buy a movie again. Pat claims he went home and watched the remainder of the Black Vengeance movies. Apparently he's a masochist. Saturday I woke up late and had to run to combined choir rehearsal where we once again combined the choirs at church (ever seen Voltron? Like that, but with choirs), went to music lessons, saw The Crucible at school (which was good, kudos to everyone in it), then played some poker. I suck at poker, a lot. Sunday can be summed up by saying that I spent all day at church, between the combined choirs, stuff, playing at this Christmas thing (I have a neat picture), and a fundraising dinner. The remainder of my week can pretty much be summed up quickly. Finals week was in fact this week. Wednesday was the first day of finals, my finals were a super easy test in band, and watching the Wizard of Oz, which has taken on whole new meanings for me, there's some crazy allegory in there. But I'm going to go ahead and assume that if you're reading this you either a. have already heard it, or b. don't give a shit about United States economics from the 1890's to the 1900's. School let out early Wednesday and afterwards speech and debate had a meeting, by which I mean speech and debate went to Chipotle for burritos. Then to the library, where real work was in fact accomplished. I feel so grown up and proud. Sensei was out of town (again) so Art taught the class. It was more interesting then I thought it would be, he talked about tai subaki (evading an opponent's force) and we got to get a lot of practice. I'm better at that than I thought I would be. Thursday Mr. Bailey raped the class on the Latin final. And I got a 44/45 on the Physics final, initially I was disappointed that I missed one, until I heard that the curve was set at 40. Would it be possible to transfer some of my Physics ownage to Latin? After school NHS went to an elementary school in south Phoenix to give gifts and play with little kids. I usually despise having to interact with children but underprivileged children strike me somewhere deep within the heart. Maybe I've been reading too much Rawls, but I realize that but for the grace of God, that could be my childhood. And I also enjoy making people happy, even at the cost of having to play with kids. I finished my finals Friday with a math final that I bull shitted. Then we went way up north to pick up Teresa and go to lunch. Then to the cinema to catch a motion picture. Unfortunately, I neglected to remember when looking up showtimes that the times change every Friday, so we couldn't see Ocean's 12 like we wanted to. We ended up seeing The Incredibles, which was a lot better than I thought it would be, in fact based on what I've heard, I think we were better off not seeing Ocean's 12. I had to leave about twenty minutes before the end of the film, and I dumped all the people who needed rides on Lauren. Lauren, I'm really sorry about that. So made it on time to the family photo, then to John's to go shopping for our small group leader's Christmas present. Today I woke up early to go with dad and attempt to get my car's front end alignment fixed, apparently it was bad enough that it would take an extra two hours, so I have to go back on Monday. After that were music lessons and a house-warming party at Kouns' new home. That was pretty fun. So, basically a very busy week, I've put about 200 miles on my car in the last three days. I really didn't intend for this post to become a log, but I'm too tired to write about other stuff. If you managed to get this far then you are either brave or really bored. That's all for now, Full Metal Alchemist is on.
