Brent's Blog Saturday, March 12, 2005  11:58 PM   Aloha!  I'm typing this in the hotel room in Maui right now. The cool part is I can connect to not one, but two wi-fi hotspots. The past few days have been interesting. Thursday I was feeling a little off, and then during the national Latin exam in third hour I was hit with a sudden splitting headache, really the worst one I'd had in awhile. I went to the nurse, and had to wait for twenty minutes while people come to him with dire medical conditions like, "I hungry, can I have some crackers?" Or, "my tummy hurts." I felt like standing up and screaming, "there is a quite literal knife of pain lodged within my cerebellum!" But I didn't. I tried to concentrate on making the pain dissipate, I think that might have helped a little. But the motrin really did it (that and a twenty minute nap in physics). Anyways I think that the headache was really the harbinger of a cold because Friday I felt pretty crappy in that special cold season sort of way. I still went to Fiddlesticks to play DDR though. I hadn't played in a while, I think I lost some of my skillz0r. So after that plus century of song, packing all night and a plane trip I'm here in Hawaii a few hours deficient due to the miracles or time air travel. I don't know about you guys, but I still love those lego bricks, in fact back in the day I collected almost all of the Star Wars legos. So of course when I saw this object of incomprehensible beauty I nearly pissed myself. I'm gonna catch some sleep so I can go jump off a volcano or something tomorrow.   ¶ 11:58 PM 2 Comments: I must admit, I like the big island a lot more than Maui. Maui is just getting way too crowded. Actually her dance group hasn't been to Hawaii in a couple years, but the last time they were my mom bought this vacation package and we're using it now.
