Greetings from Japan!
 Hi everyone! It's my first post from Japan. As I write this we are speeding along the highway from Narita Airport to our hotel near Tokyo. I'm hoping that the hotel has internet access so I can post this, if it doesn't you might be getting it a little later. The flight over here was really long, and it's length was merely accented by the fact that we lost a day by crossing the international date line. We left Phoenix on Friday morning and arrived here Saturday afternoon. I guess I can't really complain because 1) I'm freaking in Japan! and 2) we regain the day coming home. So yeah, aside from the international dateline shanannagins, the flight over was really long (I already said that didn't I?) They showed three feature length movies plus that usual filler crap they show. Some of that filler crap included an interview with Michio Kaku which was kinda cool. I started reading the Icewind Dale trilogy on the flight. It's not as captivating as the Dragoncrown Cycle, but it is still a decent read. I'll review it further once I finish reading it. I also chatted with Brandon over Pokenon: Leaf Green for about an hour using the little in-game IM app. One of the movies they showed was SideWays. Now normally I would just call that piece of cinematic undertaking a crapbucket and be done with it, but listening to the Japanese dub audio instead of the English track made the entire move hilarious! SO if you ever get the chance to see the Japanese dubbed version of Sideways do it, it is a worthwile experience. So I don't think much more is planned for today, which is good I have a feeling that these first few days in Tokyo will be very hectic. I'l post some pictures too when I have time.
